The headlines read loud and clear, but the story does not. Thousands of Clevelanders in the streets, horns honking, and a chant of "M-V-P" doesn't describe whats really going on. Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers are life to a once again revitalized and growing Cleveland.
I was a little disappointed, being my first playoff game, they handed out these free white towels, which are nice, but NOT as super sensational as the shirts which match the billboard, "We are all witnesses".
Although the 10 story tall billboard was talk of the town for a while, "Witness" T-Shirt mania is in full swing in Cleveland. T-shirts are going for I'm guessing upwards of $80 on EBay, but a piece of history, considering he scored a triple-double his first playoff game ever. As for the game, it was awesome, except for the Cavs not scoring in the last MINUTE EIGHTEEN. Hopefully we'll see Detroit next week.
